OUR STORY

It all started with a passion for uniqueness, with imagining a taste not created yet. Middle Eastern desserts are made in many countries in so many different ways, but we felt there was still something missing that we can add to make it taste even more heavenly.

We currently serve thousands of happy customers in Istanbul with tens of thousands loyal customers around the world through our line of export. Our desserts are individually packed in a hygienic manner, ensuring freshness and quality.

Deliciously iconic

Baklawa is a rich, sophisticated and sweet dessert pastry made with layers of filo dough, filled with chopped/ground nuts that may include walnuts, pistachio, pine nuts, and cashew.

It is then sweetened and held together with syrup, frosting or honey. Baklawa’s origin belongs to the ottoman empire but it is known and loved in many cuisine’s around the middle east, africa and the rest of the world.

Rolled with love

Mabrouma is every kunafa lover’s joyful bite. It is made with kunafa dough, filled with only premium quality nuts and rolled to perfection.

Mabrouma rolls are then cut into bite-size rolls and sweetened with a special syrup made with sugar and rose water.

When someone says Maamoul we cannot not think of holidays as it is the most iconic holiday dessert for so many middle eastern countries since ancient times. Maamoul is a kind of shortbread cookie with a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture. It is often filled with ground dates or nuts and sprinkled with powdered sugar. It tastes like nothing you’ve ever had, so unforgettable and amazing

Bite-sized love

Bulbul’s nest is an edible clone of a bird’s nest. It is made from kunafa noodles, rolled into mini nests and filled with pistachios to replicate bird eggs.

It tastes sweet and crunchy with a rich, fulfilling flavor.

Our nawashif selection includes iconic middle eastern cookies like Barazik, Ghoraybeh, dates & nuts and more…

All the ingredients focus on authentic elements like sesame, pistachio, dates and sugar. Our nawashef are best enjoyed with a coffee or tea break

Like no other

Kunafa is a probably the most traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with thin noodle-like pastry, or alternatively fine semolina dough, depending on the country.

It is known to be soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup, and typically layered with cheese, or with other ingredients such as cream (Ashta) or nuts. Kunafa is cherished in the middle east and equally loved internationally.
